    My experience with this agent was the worst one could expect. The agent appeared to be stifling a 2nd buyer from purchasing. According to him she said the property was sold when there was no sect. 32 contracts signed. She had it advertised as "under negotiation" He came directly to me and I ended up acting as the agent between the agent and her interested buyer and him. Why she wouldn't want the other buyer to be involved is a mystery to me. Needless to say, from the final price achieved, the property was undervalued by her .
