    They lost a parcel that I paid to be delivered. Melb depot never received it. When I rang to ask where it was, he was incredibly rude and hung up on me. This is the 4th parcel that they have lost. Should not be able to operate a post office.

    The rudest manager of a Post Office I've ever encountered. Just called me up to abuse & hang up on me, because I hadn't received the bill to renew my PO Box. No help, advice, just pay or you're cut off. Wouldn't forward bill, yelling, talking fast and aggressive. Why?
