    Me and my wife spent a week-end in the villa n.3 in facing the Hepburn Regional Park. Unfortunately the place doesn't meet our expectation specially with such premium price.

    Extremely disappointed after booking and receiving confirmation of the booking to find out that the property had been overbooked. Seems we weren't the only ones in the same boat this weekend. Told by those that manage the booking of properties that up to 5 other groups had been in the same boat- with nowhere else to go and no solutions put forward!!!!! And, whilst waiting, overheard another two people being told the same thing.

    Understand it's not the property owners at fault; but the service we received whilst trying to check in was downright appalling. Waiting in the line for about 20-30 mins as it looks like everyone was told to check in at the same time. When asked where I was checking in and responded, the answer was a puzzled face and "no you're not". That was just the beginning. No remorse for the situation, no equivalent solution found - giving me the option of a low end accom for one night, needing to switch for the second when I had booked 5 star for two nights... spent 45 mins on the phone to Expedia who in 5 mins had already given me 10 times the amount of customer service than dabs. When I went back (at their request) to let them know how I went with finding another place as supposedly they were trying to find a solution - was asked why I came back?!?!?!?! Because you asked me to, that's why. And I was being curtious in letting you know you didn't need to search anymore, but it seems the search concluded as soon as we walked out the door. I certainly won't be staying anywhere in Daylesford again at the risk of having to deal with this joke of a business and I will be spreading the word to all my friends and colleagues not to, either.

    However the most weird thing was the toilet. The villa and open toilet just facing the bed, maybe the architects thought it was sexy, but it is not, at least in this way.

    The heating system was not working properly: it was extremely hot i the living room (ground floor) and extremely cold in the bedroom (lower level). In the bedroom the management has added an extra portable heater which is noisy and not effective. Moreover the first night for some reason the heater in the bed room did not work at all and we could not find any spare blanket as every luxury hotel in the world has.

    The villa n.3 overlook a fenced area with electrical cabinets which make us feel in town rather than in a naturalistic heritage.

    Worst agency I have dealt with. Awful customer service. Received a booking confirmation and was then told that there had been a miscommunication between them and the booking provider and that the accommodation was no longer available. In the mean time I missed out on the accommodation that I actually wanted. Called them up to speak about it and had the phone put down on me and told to find another accommodation provider. Shame because the properties look nice, but having to deal with these people is painful.
